Established in January 2006, Riverstone Residential
Group, formerly known as TCRS, was created through a purchase by two of
the company's senior officers, Terry Danner and Christy Freeland. Delivering
the focus and responsiveness of a regional management company while offering
the expertise and perspective of a national firm, the company is structured
with Senior Vice Presidents at the helm of their geographical area of
expertise. These regions are guided by the Chief Executive; Terry Danner
in the west and Christy Freeland in the east.
This strategy enables Riverstone Residential Group
to operate in close familiarity with market trends and needs in major
U.S. cities. Its comprehensive range of services extends to residential
property management, rehabilitation construction management, resident
services, property acquisition, and disposition services.
